8th Series – Land Single with a Drake Mallard
22 Dog Teams were called back to run this Series
After the test was ready to go this morning, Test Dogs began the Series at 7:38 am, beginning with "Stinker" and then next up was "Pup Pup" giving the dog teams a nice preview of the 8th test this morning.The first running dog kicked off the 8th Series test at 7:59 am. It was #50 Heartbeat's Heaven Scent Tommy Girl, “Tommy,” BLF handled by Julie Kobach.
The weather this morning was cloudy and drizzly with a temp of 60 degrees, and a light wind at 13 mph.

Our last running dog for this series was dog #49 Ridgecrest's Fin and Tonic, “Fin,” BLM with handler Marcy Wright. The test was completed this morning at 8:57 am.

There were 22 dogs sent from the line in this series, taking exactly 59 minutes, which averages out to be just over 2.5 minutes per dog running time.
The 8th Series is officially completed and in the books! We will be moving into the 9th Series shortly.
