What made you decide to compete in Field Trials?
Originally to keep the dogs busy outside of waterfowl season. Now it’s grown on me.

Current pro - Al Arthur/Bill Bailey, Back in Ontario trained with a group that includes:
Lorraine Hare. Lorne Langevin At other times a group that includes: Howard Simson, Richard Dresser.
What is the origin of your dog’s name?
Beaver Creek - name of the kennel I got him from.
Shadow - name of the sire Watermarks Shadow.
Hunter - His call name Jaeger is a German word for hunter.
Tell us an interesting story or fact about your dog.
He has white markings on his paws.
You and your dog have made it through nine series of the National Derby Championship. You are about to come to the line for the 10th series with a chance to win the 2023 National Derby Champion. What song and artist would you want to hear playing as the two of you come to the line?

Jaeger and Bill came to the line at 8:48 am
Down the hill and into the pond on a left angle, continued the left angle up to the left side of the guns – hunted around the guns and the tree – made a loop through the cover and then back to the tree and the cover again and he got his bird!
